Q: What happens after the 7 days?

If you love it (and we know you will), you’ll be automatically enrolled at $49/week. Want out? Just cancel before the 7 days ends—easy peasy.

Q: What if I miss a live session?

You’ll get access to recordings of Strength + Tone workouts. For step classes and other high-energy workouts, we offer replays through a private playlist.

During these sessions, you'll receive real-time encouragement, form correction, and coaching tips.

What do I need for the workout?

You’ll need a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells (5–15 lbs recommended).

If you plan to join the step class, you’ll also need a step platform.

A thigh band is optional, but highly recommended for extra booty work—and yes, sis, we do sell them too! 💪🏾
