What equipment do I need?

All you need is a pair of dumbbells (5–15 lbs depending on your strength), a yoga mat, and a little space to move. That’s it! Everything is designed to be done from home.

What if I can’t attend the live Zoom workouts?

No worries at all. Every workout is recorded and uploaded into your app within 24 hours, so you can watch it on your own time. You won’t miss a beat.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes! Whether you’re brand new or getting back into your routine, this challenge is built for real women at all levels. I give modifications and form cues throughout every workout.

Will this help me lose weight?

This program is focused on building lean muscle, reducing fat, and tightening your back and arms — which all help with visible fat loss. Pair the workouts with the nutrition tips and you’ll definitely see progress!

When does the challenge start?

The challenge officially starts on July 7, but once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to your PDF and app setup instructions.

What happens after 7 days?

If you don’t cancel, you’ll automatically roll into my Virtual Fit Club for $150/month. You’ll get full access to weekly Zoom workouts, step classes, our app, community chat, nutrition guidance, and more.

How do I access the workouts and materials?
