G.E.M GIRLS is a structured fitness program designed specifically for young girls. Using boxing-based movement and athletic performance training to help girls build strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Boxing is used as a fitness tool, not for fighting. Our boxing movements focus on movement, conditioning, balance, and overall athletic development.

The program is led by Sherika, a certified trainer and boxing coach who understands the physical, emotional, and mental needs of growing girls. Having a woman coach creates a safe, relatable environment where girls feel seen, heard, and supported.
Built Beyond Physical Fitness
This program was intentionally developed to go beyond reps and sweat. Every session is designed to help girls build confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and belief in themselves — on and off the mat.
Empowerment Through Movement
Boxing is used as a tool to teach strength, focus, resilience, and self-expression. Girls learn how to take up space, move with confidence, and trust their abilities.
Athletic Skills That Translate to All Sports
Sherika teaches boxing-based techniques that improve coordination, agility, balance, reaction time, and mental toughness — skills that carry over into basketball, soccer, track, volleyball, cheer, and everyday movement.
